ZEDA AI is an AI-powered application designed for reflection, clarity, self-awareness, and thought organization. ZEDA AI is not a medical, therapeutic, clinical, crisis, or emergency service.

- User-provided content, such as messages, prompts, questions, or text entered into SafeDose or Mirror.
- Optional emotional context selected by the user, such as mood, tone, or reflection categories.
- App usage data, such as feature usage, screen interactions, subscription state, app diagnostics, and basic analytics.
- Subscription and purchase status provided by Google Play Billing, used only to manage access to paid features.
- Local memory and continuity signals when the user chooses to keep emotional memory enabled.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Generate AI responses requested by the user.
- Provide app functionality, including SafeDose, Mirror, Premium Plus, and memory controls.
- Personalize reflection and continuity features when emotional memory is enabled.
- Improve app reliability, performance, usability, and user experience.
- Verify subscriptions, purchases, and premium access.
- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain app security.
4. Emotional Memory and User Control
ZEDA AI may offer optional memory or continuity features. These features are designed to help the app provide a more personalized experience over time.
Users can control these features inside the app:
- Emotional memory can be paused or re-enabled.
- Stored continuity data can be reset from the Trust Center.
- Resetting memory does not affect subscription status, billing, theme, or language preferences.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Some information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, continuity, security, analytics, or legal compliance. Users can reset emotional memory directly inside the app.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent personal data. We do not share user data with third-party advertisers for advertising purposes.
We may use service providers necessary to operate the app, such as AI processing providers, analytics tools, app hosting providers, payment/billing providers, and infrastructure services. These providers process data only as needed to support app functionality.
7. Advertising ID
If required by Google Play declarations, the app may include SDKs that reference the Android Advertising ID for analytics or app measurement purposes. ZEDA AI does not use the Advertising ID to display third-party ads or sell advertising profiles.
8. Children
ZEDA AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Health and Safety Disclaimer
ZEDA AI is not a medical device, health service, therapy service, crisis service, or emergency service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, psychological counseling, or professional mental health care.
